Incorrect dates or times affect the accuracy of the reports. Information does not display correctly if the devices and computer have different dates and times.
It is very important to ensure all of the following items display the current date and time. The time and date difference between the computer and the devices should not be more than 1 minute.
A warning message appears during uploads if the difference between the device and the computer is more than 10 minutes.
